Family Tree Scheme Form

Family Tree Scheme have sites throughout the UK where from as little as 35 your gift will be marked by planting of new trees. You'll receive a personalised card including your dedication - ideal as a gift or keepsake. Each Site maintains it's own Record Book in which your gift is recorded. Native Trees are selected for the site in which they are planted, usually as saplings, during Autumn/Winter months to ensure their survival, growing into healthy, sturdy trees.
